A Facebook group will appear in Contacts, and any member of that group will have a Facebook entry within their contact card. After you enter that information and sign in, your Facebook friends are added to Contacts. You’ll be prompted for your Facebook username and password. To do so, go to System Preferences > Mail, Contacts & Calendars and click the Facebook entry. Under Mountain Lion you can also add Facebook friends to contacts. If you don’t have the right one, edit that contact’s Twitter field to use the identity you prefer. Before tweeting blindly to someone based on Twitter’s best guess, double-check the handle. For instance, if one of your contacts has more than one account associated with their email address or phone number (or if someone else in that contact’s home or business uses the same address or phone number), Twitter may associate the wrong handle with that contact. Note that Twitter’s ability to link contact information and Twitter handles isn’t always everything it could be. Choose Tweet, and you can direct a tweet at the contact if you choose View Tweets, the Twitter application opens and shows you that user’s Twitter stream. If you now click the word Twitter, you’ll see Tweet and View Tweets options. Open Contacts and select a likely contact, and you’ll see a Twitter entry followed by the handle that contact uses with the service. OS X searches your contacts for any phone number or email addresses that match Twitter’s user database. Mountain Lion makes it easy to add Twitter handles to your contacts, without requiring you to do a lick of work yourself.

Here’s an easy way to add Twitter handles to your contacts when running Mountain Lion. If you’re on Twitter, many of your friends probably are as well. That means if you’re still using Lion (10.7) you should have no trouble using Mountain Tweaks.
As far as I can tell (as a Mountain Lion user) they’re both largely identical in terms of tweaks, except the Mountain Lion version comes with a few tweaks that are specific to 10.8. There are two versions of the project at present, one titled Lion Tweaks and the other Mountain Tweaks - I’m sure I don’t have to explain why they’re named that way.
